What is Bloomvite?
Bloomvite is a digital invitation platform for weddings and events. You design and send beautiful online invitations, collect RSVPs, and — the part no other invite tool does — check guests in at the door by scanning the QR pass each guest gets after they RSVP. Your headcount and seating update live as people arrive.
Is Bloomvite free?
Yes. The Free plan covers up to 50 guests with a real, designer invitation and online RSVP — no watermark and no credit card. You only pay when your guest list grows or you add QR door check-in: $39 per event (up to 300 guests), or $79 per event for large events up to 1,000 guests.
What is QR guest check-in?
After a guest RSVPs, Bloomvite gives them a unique QR pass (by email, or saved to their phone wallet). On event day you open Bloomvite on any phone, scan each guest's pass at the door, and they're instantly marked as arrived. You see a live arrival count and can spot duplicates or plus-ones that weren't expected — no printed list, no clipboard.
Do my guests need an account or app to RSVP?
No. Guests open your invitation link, RSVP in a couple of taps, and receive their QR pass — no account, no app download, nothing to install. Only you, the host, need a Bloomvite account.
What kinds of events can I use Bloomvite for?
Weddings, engagement parties, bridal and baby showers, birthdays, anniversaries, galas, and corporate events — any occasion where you send invitations, collect RSVPs, and want to know who actually showed up. Multi-day events (a welcome dinner, ceremony, and brunch) can each have their own sub-event invite and RSVP.
Can I customize how my invitation looks?
Yes. Start from a designer template and make it yours — colors, fonts, photos, and wording. Your invitation is mobile-first, opens instantly without a download, and matches the look of your day.
Can I update details after I've sent invitations?
Yes. Change the time, venue, or any detail and it updates instantly for everyone — no reprinting and no re-sending. Guests always see the current information when they open your invite.
Can I cancel a paid plan anytime?
Yes. Paid plans are per-event or upgradeable at any time, and you can manage everything from your account settings. There's no lock-in — start free and only upgrade when you need more guests or door check-in.
How secure is my guest data?
Bloomvite uses industry-standard encryption and secure infrastructure, and is GDPR-conscious. Guest contact details and RSVP data are used only to run your event — never sold to third parties.
