QR door check-in

Their QR opens a webpage. Ours opens the door.

Bloomvite gives every guest a personal QR pass. Scan it at the entrance and they're checked in instantly — with their table and a live arrivals count. No app for guests, no clipboard, no name lost at the door.

In one line

Bloomvite is the only design-led wedding & event invitation tool that includes scannable, per-guest QR door check-in for ordinary hosts — at $29 per event, not a business tier.

How check-in works

01

Every guest gets a pass

When a guest RSVPs, Bloomvite issues them a unique QR pass — sent by text or email, no app needed.

02

Scan at the door

Open the check-in screen on any phone and scan each guest's QR as they arrive.

03

Watch the room fill

Each scan marks the guest arrived, shows their table, and ticks the live count — across multiple doors at once.

QR check-in, answered

What is QR guest check-in?

QR guest check-in gives every guest a unique, scannable QR pass. At the door, the host or a greeter scans each guest's pass with a phone — Bloomvite instantly marks that guest as arrived, shows their table, and updates a live arrivals count. It turns the entrance from a paper list into a one-second scan.

Do other invitation tools have QR check-in?

No consumer invitation brand does. Withjoy, Zola, The Knot, Minted, Paperless Post, Evite and the rest only print a QR that links to the invite or RSVP page — it does not check anyone in. The only platforms with real door check-in are event-ticketing tools like Eventbrite and RSVPify, which lock it behind business plans. Bloomvite includes it in Pro at $29 per event.

Does the guest need an app to check in?

No. The guest just opens their pass link (texted or emailed) and shows the QR on their phone, or prints it. The host scans it in any modern phone browser — no app install for guests or staff.

How much does QR check-in cost?

It's included in Bloomvite Pro at $29 per event (up to 300 guests) and in Premium at $99 per year (unlimited events). Free events get beautiful invites and RSVP; check-in is the paid upgrade.

Can two people check guests in at the same time?

Yes. Open the check-in screen on more than one phone and the live count stays in sync, so you can scan at multiple doors at once.

Check every guest in with a scan.
