Design your invitation
Pick what you are celebrating and name it, and Bloomvite starts you with the right sections. Choose one of ten templates, or answer two questions and let the style quiz pick a starting look. Then make it yours: a font pair, an accent color, and a cover photo, all on a live preview that is the real invitation. Add your story, the schedule, registry links, and photos underneath.

Add your guests and send
Add guests one at a time, or paste your whole list on a paid plan. Every guest gets a personal RSVP link. Tap Email to open your own mail app with the message ready, or Copy invite to paste it into WhatsApp or a text. Prefer not to? On Pro and Large event, Bloomvite can email everyone for you. You can also share one public link, where guests find their invitation by name and email.

Let the RSVPs come in
Guests reply on their phone in under a minute: yes or no, extra guests, meal preferences, dietary notes, and an answer for each part of the day. Your guest list updates as they do. On Pro and Large event, reminders go out a week before your deadline and the day before. Then RSVPs close. On paid plans, seat confirmed guests at tables and, if your event needs it, scan a QR pass at the door.

What your guests experience
A message from you with a link. The link opens your invitation full-screen on their phone, in the template you chose: your names, the date, the venue with a map link, and everything below it. A clear RSVP button takes them to a short form with large, readable text. No app, no account, no password. If they need to change their answer before the deadline, they open the same link again.
A typical timeline
- 6 to 8 weeks before Design the invitation and send it.
- 1 week before the deadline Automatic email reminder to anyone who has not replied (Pro and Large event).
- The day before the deadline A second, final email reminder (Pro and Large event).
- 3 to 4 weeks before the event RSVP deadline. RSVPs close and your counts hold.
- 2 weeks before Meal and dietary counts to the caterer; seating from confirmed guests.
Questions
- How long does it take to set up an invitation?
- Most hosts have a finished invitation in about 15 minutes, and guests added and invitations sent in another 10 to 20 depending on the size of the list.
- Do I need design skills?
- No. Each template is already designed, with fonts and spacing that work together. You choose a font pair and an accent color from vetted options, and add a photo.
- Can I change the invitation after sending it?
- Yes. The invitation is a live page, so edits reach every guest instantly. Nobody needs to be sent anything again.
- What if a guest does not use email?
- Copy their personal link into a text or WhatsApp message instead. Every guest has a link whether or not you have their email address.
- Is there a free plan?
- Yes. One event, up to 50 people, every template, online RSVP, and no watermark. On Free you share the invitation yourself; Bloomvite-sent invitations and reminders come with Pro. Larger events are $39 or $79 per event, one-time.
