Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Bloomvite ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this Service.

Description of Service

Bloomvite is a web-based platform that enables hosts to create and send digital invitations, collect online RSVPs, and check guests in using automatically generated QR passes. Our service includes guest-list management, custom designs, and event analytics.

User Accounts and Authentication

To access certain features of our Service, you may be required to create an account. We support authentication through Google OAuth 2.0, Microsoft OAuth 2.0, and email/password registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Payment Terms

Bloomvite offers a free plan and paid upgrades. Upgrades are priced per event and paid once. There is no subscription: nothing renews and nothing is charged automatically. Moving an event from Pro to Large is a one-time charge for the difference. The 5-event pack is a set of prepaid event credits that do not expire; each credit upgrades one event when you apply it. Payment is processed securely through Stripe, Inc. By paying, you agree to provide accurate billing information and to comply with Stripe's terms of service. Prices are shown before you pay and may change for future purchases; a price change never affects an event you have already paid for.

Refunds

You can ask for a full refund of a paid event until the first invitation is sent from that event or the event date has passed, whichever comes first. After that point the payment is not refundable, except where the law requires otherwise. You can get a full refund of the 5-event pack within 14 days of buying it, as long as none of its credits has been used. Once a credit is used, the pack is not refundable, except where the law requires it. To request a refund, contact us through our contact page.

Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service to create invitations linking to illegal, harmful, or malicious content, violate any applicable laws or regulations, infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others, distribute spam, malware, or phishing content, or attempt unauthorized access to our systems.

Intellectual Property Rights

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality remain the exclusive property of Bloomvite and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You retain ownership of content you create using our service, including invitations, guest lists, and associated data. However, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display this content as necessary to provide the Service.

Data Collection and Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is subject to our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information as outlined in our Privacy Policy. When authenticating using Google or Microsoft OAuth, we may receive certain profile information as permitted by your privacy settings with those providers.

Service Availability and Modifications

We strive to maintain high service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bloomvite shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Bloomvite operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
