Online RSVP · every plan
RSVPs that run themselves.
Every guest gets a personal link. They reply yes or no, tell you how many people they are bringing, what they would like to eat, and anything you need to know. Their answers land in one guest list, RSVPs close on your deadline, and on Pro and Large event reminders go out on their own.
Start free →A personal link per guest
Send it from your own email or messages with one tap, or on Pro and Large event let Bloomvite email everyone. Every reply is tied to a named guest.
Meal preferences, dietary notes, plus-ones
Guests share meal preferences, note allergies, and say how many extra people they are bringing, up to the limit you set for each guest, or none.
An answer for each part
Ceremony, reception, brunch: guests answer each part, and you see a headcount per part.
Reminders and a real deadline
On Pro and Large event, a reminder a week before your deadline and one the day before. On every plan, RSVPs close on the deadline so late changes come to you personally.
What your guests see
Your guest taps the link and sees your event's name, date, and venue, with a link to the full invitation. Below it is a short form with large buttons and text that is easy to read on a phone: Joyfully accept or Regretfully decline. If they accept, they add how many extra guests they are bringing, their meal preferences, any dietary notes, and a yes or no for each part of the day. There is space for a note to you. One tap sends it, and guests with an email address get a confirmation.
There is nothing to download and no account to create, which matters most for the guests who find technology the hardest. Your grandmother can RSVP from the same link as your college roommate.
What you see
Your Guests page shows who has confirmed, who has declined, and who has not replied yet, with each guest's meal preferences and their answer for each part of the event. If you added parts, a "Coming to each part" card gives you the headcount for every one, plus-ones included, ready to hand to the caterer. When you are ready to seat people, the seating chart uses the same list, so you only seat guests who said yes.
A deadline that means something
Set the RSVP deadline three to four weeks before the day. On Pro and Large event, guests who have not replied get an automatic reminder a week before it and another the day before. When the deadline passes, RSVPs close, so the numbers you gave the caterer do not quietly change. Anyone who is late messages you directly, and you decide.
Questions
- Do guests need an account or an app to RSVP?
- No. Guests open their link in any browser, on a phone or a computer, and reply in under a minute.
- What does the RSVP form ask?
- Whether they are coming, how many extra guests they are bringing (up to the limit you set for them), their meal preferences, dietary notes or allergies, a yes or no for each part of the event they are invited to, and an optional note to you.
- Can guests change their answer?
- Yes. Until your RSVP deadline they can reopen their link and update anything. After the deadline, RSVPs close so your numbers stop moving.
- Do you send reminders?
- On Pro and Large event, yes. Guests who have not replied and have an email address get an automatic reminder a week before your deadline and another the day before. On Free, Bloomvite does not send reminders, so you nudge late guests yourself.
- Can I share one public link instead of personal links?
- Yes. Your published invitation has an RSVP button; guests enter their name and the email you have for them, and are taken to their own RSVP.
- Is online RSVP free?
- Yes, on every plan. The Free plan covers one event and up to 50 people with no watermark.
