The seating chart is on the $39 per event plan (up to 300 people) and the $79 per event plan (up to 1,000 people). Both are one-time payments.

Who shows up in the list of guests to seat?

Only guests who have said yes. Guests still waiting to reply, and guests who declined, stay out of the way until they confirm.

What happens if someone declines after I seated them?

Their seat frees up automatically. A guest who declines is taken off their table, so your capacity numbers stay right.

Can a table go over capacity?

No. Each table has a capacity you set, and a full table will not accept another guest until you raise the capacity or move someone.

Is there a drag-and-drop floor plan?

Not yet. Seating is a list of tables with one-tap assignment, which is quick on a phone. A visual floor plan is something we may add later.

Seat from a settled list. Set your RSVP deadline three to four weeks before the day and let reminders do the chasing.

Match your venue's layout: table names or numbers, and how many seats each has.

Each confirmed guest has a "Seat at" button per table. Tap it and they move; tap Remove to move them back.

Why seat from the RSVP list

Most seating charts start life in a spreadsheet copied from the guest list, then drift. Someone declines, someone confirms late, a plus-one appears, and the chart and the list disagree the week of the wedding. Building the chart on top of the RSVP list means the people you are seating are the people who said yes, with their plus-ones counted in their party.

A good order of work: anchor the head table and the parents' tables first, then group everyone else by how they know you (family, school, work), mixing only where groups already overlap. Keep couples together, keep older guests away from the speakers, and leave a spare seat or two at the edges for the last-minute surprise. Our seating chart guide goes through it step by step.
